Waunakee Village Center Soil Remediation. A Single Prime Bid Will Be Received for the Work. Bid Security Bids Must Be Accompanied by Bid Security in the Amount of 5% of the Maximum Bid Amount. Bid and Bid Security May Not Be Withdrawn for a Period of 45 Days After the Bid Deadline. Bid Security Will Be Retained if the Bidder is Awarded the Work and Fails to Execute the Agreement and Furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. In General, the Project Consists of the Excavation of 24" of Contaminated Soil Throughout a 389 Sy Area to the Southeast of the Waunakee Village Center, the Replacement of 18" of Clean Fill and 6" of Imported Topsoil, and Site Grading to Previous Conditions.
