Completion Date: Oct. 25, 2024 For Any Questions Regarding This Project, Please Contact Aaron Jahncke, Village Engineer, 608-849-6469 or Ajahncke@waunakee.com Bid Guarantee: Only Those Bids That Are Accompanied By a Bid Bond or Unqualified Certified Check in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) Of the Bid Will Be Considered. The Bid Bond or Certified Check Shall Be Issued in the Applicable Amount of the Bid For the Village of Waunakee. The Bid Bond or Certified Check Serves as a Guarantee That if the Bid is Accepted, the Bidder Will Execute and File the Agreement And a 100% Performance and Payment Bond Within Fifteen (15) Days After the Notice of Award. In Case the Bidder Fails To File Such Contract and Bond Within the Time Set Forth, the Certified Check or Bid Bond Shall Be Forfeited to the Village Of Waunakee as Liquidated Damages. Bid Withdrawal: No Bid Shall Be Withdrawn for a Period Of Ninety (90) Days After the Bid Opening Date Without The Consent of the Village of Waunakee. Bid Rejection: the Village of Waunakee Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, Reserves The Right to Accept Any Bid Most Advantageous, or Waive Any Technicality.
