The Village of Waunakee (OWNER) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 2025 Public Works Improvements The Project includes the following Work: Approximately 460 linear feet (LF) of 8-inch (IN) ductile iron water main, one 1-IN water service replacement, one fire hydrant, 66 LF of polyvinyl chloride sanitary sewer, one sanitary sewer manhole, 720 LF of concrete storm sewer pipe up to 18-IN diameter, five storm sewer manholes, 14 storm sewer inlets, 4,000 cubic yards of common excavation, 6,427 tons of crushed stone base course, 2,251 LF of curb and gutter removal and replacement, 15,100 square feet of new and replacement concrete sidewalk and driveway, 1,170 tons of asphalt pavement, clearing and grubbing of 10 trees, three blocks of urban street seed restoration, erosion control, and pavement markings, among other items. Bidders who submit a Bid must be a Plan Holder of record at the Issuing Office. Bids from Bidders who are not on the Plan Holders List may be returned as not being responsive. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids.
