2025 Pavement Rehabilitation Project 3 Est. Value Notes: 600000 Est. Completion Date: Aug. 29, 2025 The Project includes the following work: Approximately 8000 SY pulverize/milling, grading, and HMA paving in the Village. Other work will consist of curb and gutter spot repairs, water valve repairs and adjustments, installation of chimney seals on sanitary manholes, manhole adjustments, sidewalk repairs and driveway apron replacement. This project is exempt from the State sales tax where applicable; therefore, all Bidders shall include the payment of sales tax in the bid price of the Proposal where the exemption does not apply. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The Village of Waunakee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 45 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
