The Work Shall Consist of Removal of Failed Asphalt, Patching With Full Depth Hma, Milling, Sweeping, Application of Tack Coat, Hma Wedging, Installation of Paving Geotextile, Installation of Hot Mix Asphalt (Hma) Pavement Surface, Restoration of Pavement Markings, Installation of Snow Plowable Raised Pavement Markers, and All Other Work Necessary to Repair Existing Pavement as Included in the Construction Schedule and Specifi Cations for the 2024 Minor Paving Project Paving Project Contract Documents. Each Quote Shall Be Accompanied by a Cashier's or Certifi Ed Check, Drawn on an Acceptable Bank, or an Acceptable Quoter's Bond, in an Amount Not Less Than Fi Ve Percent (5%) of the Total Amount of the Quote, Payable to the Town of Avon, Indiana. The Quoter (Proposer) Must Supply All Information Required by the Quote Proposal Form. Liquidated Damages for Delay Will Be as Provided in the Quote Proposal. Work Hours Will Be as Provided in the Technical Specifi Cations. Partial Payment Will Be Made Monthly Based on an Approved Payment Requisition. The Town of Avon, Indiana, Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Proposals or Parts There-of and to Waive All Responsibility for Irregularities in Quotes. Quotes May Be Held by the Town of Avon, Indiana, for a Period of Not to Exceed 60 Days From the Date of Opening of the Quotes for the Purpose of Reviewing the Quotes and the Investigation of the Qualifi Cations of Quoters, Prior to Awarding of the Contract.
