Reference number: 20008876 Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected contract duration without options (in months) 7 The Ministere des Ressources naturelles et des Forets (MRNF), through its Direction des inventaires forestiers (DIF), wishes to award two contracts to service providers for forest inventory work on permanent sample plots in accordance with the DIF's 2024 forest inventory standards (5th inventory). The territories covered by this call for tenders include the Nord-du-Quebec administrative region (10). The purpose of this call for tenders is to carry out the 2024 forest inventory for Category 01 projects. Unless an agreement is reached with the Ministry, work on this call for tenders must be completed no later than September 30, 2024. The bid must be submitted by a service provider with a permanent establishment in Quebec, clearly identified with its name and accessible during normal business hours. The Minister draws your attention to sections 6.20 and 6.21 of the call for tenders document, which set out the service provider eligibility and bid compliance requirements for this call for tenders. In addition, please note that the project manager must be a permanent resource of the service provider.
