Project services are to be provided on any property owned or operated by the Land Grant. The services consist of an undetermined number of individual projects assignments. Projects resulting from this RFP will include (but not limited to) facilities improvements, design of facilities, building, road/drainage improvements, maintenance/upgrades renovation of building envelopes and mechanical systems, 1 plumbing/water/sewer projects, groundwater remediation, flood and wildfire prevention, water resource/irrigation infrastructure, and barns and animal related facilities. Restoration of the buildings to be dated in the Era they were built. The term of the resulting contract/price agreement will be for two years with one two-year renewal. This RFP will result in multiple source awards through which contracts may be awarded to one or more firms in one or more of the practice areas listed in the Scope of work. 4.
