It is WSA's intent to post a public procurement competition on SaskTenders for construction services to repair the spillway underdrainage system at Rafferty Dam, located approximately 8 km northwest of the City of Estevan, Saskatchewan. The scope is primarily heavy civil in nature and includes deep excavation, shoring, dewatering, cofferdamming, HDPE pipeline installation, manhole and pump station installation, installation of a WSA-supplied diesel genset, and system commissioning. Construction would start in Summer 2025 and conclude prior to Spring freshet 2026. Repair of underdrainage system, installation of new underdrainage pumping system, and installation of diesel generator.
