Reference Number 0000274608 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/08/08 03:00:00 PM EDT Pricing Lump sum The Work is identified as E2 Transformer Replacement, also known as WR# 52316 as prepared by the Owner, University of Waterloo. The project is located at Engineering 2 building at the University of Waterloo, and generally includes the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a medium voltage transformer within the existing substation. Contractors are invited to bid provided they demonstrate that they are currently on a Vendor of Record list for any Post-secondary Education Institution or Publicly Funded School Board for projects over $1M in construction value (excl HST). Currently, the existing 600 V transformer has reached the end of life and requires replacement. The scope of work includes the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a medium voltage transformer within the existing substation. The transformer is replacing an existing transformer within the existing switchgear line-up and is close-coupled to both the primary and secondary equipment.
