Site work for a mixed-use development in Potosi, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

Washington County Towne Square Park - Phase 2 Said project consists of site work related to the placement of fill, subsurface infrastructure and utility conduits including drainage as delineated in the Scope of Work and found on the BID FORM necessary for construction of the Washington County Towne Square Park. This Bid is for services related to a project that is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BA- BAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ("IIJA"), Pub. L. 177- 58. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States, as further outlined by the Office of Management and Budget's Memorandum M-22-11, Initial Implementation Guidance on Application of Buy America Preference in Federal Financial Assistance Programs for Infrastructure, April 18, 2022. Wage rates paid on construction work for this project shall be at least equal to the prevailing wage rates as determined by the State of Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. The Washington County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in work.
