Site work for a water / sewer project in Ash Flat, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Mtn. Home, Arkansas (hereafter "Owner") is issuing this Request for Proposal for excavating bore pits and furnishing and installing a 24" encasement pipe under Arkansas State Highway 62/412, to be installed as part of the Mountain Home SW collection system project. An Area Location Map of the encasement bore site is attached. The Owner intends to evaluate the proposal and provide a purchase order for this work (if it is within the budgeted estimate for this work). The Owner will provide the ARDOT permit for boring under the Highway. Installation of the carrier pipe and manholes at each end of the encasement will be constructed by the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, for any reason, and to waive any informalities, technicalities and irregularities, whenever such rejection or waiver is in its best interest. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
