Sealed bids are requested for the construction of the Sharp Street Lift Station Rehabilitation, which consists of the installation of new pumps, internal station piping, controls, valves, and other related appurtenances. The project is to be completed under a single prime contract, and bids will be received on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the bid form. Bidders may examine the bidding documents at the issuing office during specified business hours or obtain copies as described. Bids must be submitted according to the instructions, including the required bid security. The project requires preparation and maintenance of project record documents to accurately reflect as-built construction, submitted upon completion as a condition of final acceptance. At project completion, the contractor is responsible for a thorough clean-up of the work site, both inside and out, prior to the issuance of the Letter of Substantial Completion.
