Description

Renovation of a stadium in Negaunee, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

The main service conductors can be aluminum 20 amp breaker, 120-volt, 20 amp, 1PH circuit #12 wire from existing panel for evaporator immersion heater Electrical Breaker Panel i. Replace existing 400-amp fuse with 350-amp time delayed fuse ii. Unit requires an SCR 65ka Electrical Panel and Transformer locations added Remove & replace all exterior chiller supply and return piping Substantial Completion Date: September 15, 2026 Final Completion Date: September 25, 2026 The Project includes the following Work: The removal and replacement of the existing exterior chiller unit at the City of Negaunee Ice Rink. Shall includes all work necessary for the removal and disposal of the existing chiller, as needed repairs and expansion of the existing concrete foundation, installation of the new chiller, associated electrical and controls work.
