For the construction of the Springdale Fire Station #4. This project consists of a 11,306 SF masonry and metal stud structure with bar joist and wood I-joist roof structure, and a TPO roof. The scope of work includes earthwork, site utilities, asphalt paving, seeding & sodding, concrete, masonry, steel, architectural millwork, solid surface counters, stainless steel counters, water & dampproofing, water repellent coating, TPO roofing, metal wall panels, hollow metal frames & doors, aluminum entrances & storefronts, finish hardware, overhead doors, drywall, acoustical ceilings, flooring, specialties, roller shades, residential appliances, fire suppression system, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, alerting system, and structured cabling. - Bids will be received for Bid Packages: 1A - 33A *Bid Packages are available for all scopes of work. Bid Packages may be combined by using Bid Package #1A. Accepting Subcontractor and Supplier Proposals for the Above Referenced Projects Bids must be based on a lump sum contract and submitted on the supplied bid form. The bid form and packages may be obtained from Milestone Construction Company.
