Renovation of an educational facility in Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and services required to complete the work as specified in the contract documents, specifically for the installation of a new Genetec Security Camera system for each school included in this bid package. This includes, but is not limited to, the procurement, delivery, installation, and proper functioning of all components necessary to achieve a complete and operational system. The Contractor shall ensure that all materials and equipment meet the specified standards and are suitable for their intended purposes. The Contractor is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the work to ensure timely and efficient completion of the work. Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Contractor's takeoff shall be the sole responsibility of the Contractor, and no additional compensation or time extensions shall be granted for such errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. 4) Change orders for base scope will not be accepted. For any additional scope of work not originally included in the Contract Documents, the Contractor's overhead and profit shall be limited to a maximum of fifteen percent (15%) for all change orders, amendments, or modifications to the original contract. Contractor shall provide a detailed breakdown of these costs for approval by CPS prior to commencing the additional work. 5) Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining and securing all necessary permits required for the completion of the project Question Deadline 08/16/202
