Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a civil project in Onamia, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The scope of the work repairs to 5 Lift Stations on the Mille Lacs Reservation. Work needs to be completed by August 31, 2025. The renovations are listed. 1. Install safety grates in wet well hatch openings in lift stations #1,2,3,4 and 5. 2. Remove steps in Lift Station #3 and 4. 3. Patch and reline wet wells of lift stations #3,4 and 5. 4. Replace the guiderails in lift stations #4 and 5. 5. Replace the valve vault drain line at lift station #5 Bonding Requirements: Bid Bonds: Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond Payable to the Owner for Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount of the Bid. As Soon as the Bid Prices Have Been Compared, the Owner Will Return the Bonds of All Except the Three Lowest Responsible Bidders. When the Contract is Executed the Bonds of the Two Remaining Unsuccessful Bidders Will Be Returned. The Bid Bond of the Successful Bidder Will Be Retained Until the Payment Bond and Performance Bond Have Been Executed and Approved, After Which It Will Be Returned. Performance and Payment Bonding Requirements: in Construction Contracts That Are Federally Funded or Deemed Commercial, Bonding is Required. These Types of Contracts Shall Demand a Performance and Payment Bond With Penal Amounts of 100% and 100% Respectively of the Amount of the Contract. Work needs to be completed by August 31, 2025.
