The City of Crookston, Minnesota is seeking Quotes from professional demolition contractors capable of efficiently dismantling, razing, and disposing of all structural (including footings and foundations), mechanical (including sewer and water to 5' outside building footprint), electrical, both interior and exterior components of the building. The work also includes leveling, grading, and restoration of the building site at the conclusion of demolition and removal operations. Request for Quotes (RFQ) for the demolition and disposal of the structure located at 429 Riverside Ave, Crookston, Minnesota (parcel 82.01612.00). Prospective Proposers must submit questions or requests for clarification or change via email to cgetsman@crookston.mn.us. Any changes to the RFQ resulting from such questions will be made only via addenda to the RFQ. The City reserves the right to reject any and all quotes in part or in whole.
