Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of New Richmond is seeking Bids to design, provide all materials and equipment, and to perform the construction required for 5 sidewalk pedestrian ramps (city to provide detectable warning field), 1 picnic table slab, 6 park bench slabs, center island median repairs and sidewalk replacement. The City of New Richmond is seeking bids to construct and pour concrete in various locations along city streets and in city parks. Work shall commence in 2024 calendar year and be completed within 45 days of commencement. Questions for the City of New Richmond should be gathered into one email communication from the prospective bidder and submitted to Rob Weldon, at rweldon@newrichmondwi.gov All inquiries must be received by July 29, 2024. All inquiries made by prospective bidders will be answered by the City by August 2, 2024 and will be submitted to all interested parties in order to ensure that all parties are operating with the same information. The City of New Richmond reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids.
