The Project consists of REHABILITATION OF THE WASTEWATER DEPARTMENT'S TRAVELING BRIDGE MEDIA FILTER FOR THE VILLAGE OF HEBRON. This Advertisement for Bids is publicly posted on the Village of Hebron website. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: V3 Companies, LTD. 550 Polaris Parkway, Suite 250, Westerville, OH 43082; Phone (614) 761-1661. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Engineer's Office by contacting the project engineer, Mike Crane (mcrane@v3co.com), and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Bids will be accepted only from Plan Holders of Record. In order to be a Plan Holder of Record, Bidding Documents must be purchased from the Issuing Office by contacting Tammy Segieth by phone at 614-761-1661 or email at tsegieth@v3co.com. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's Date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents may be examined at the following locations: Village of Hebron: 934 W. Main Street, Hebron, OH 43025 Plans and Bidding Document copies may be viewed at the On-line Plan Rooms. Bid Security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on public improvements in Licking County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. The bid form and all line items on the bid form must be completed in full. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening thereof. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all partiesrecorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered The Village of Hebron reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Village of Hebron.
