Renovation of a civil project in Sealy, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Estimate: $540,200.00. Installation of one 275 kW diesel generator located at the Ward Bend Road Water Plant, one 40 kW diesel generator at the Briarwood Estates Lift Station, one 25 kW natural gas generator at the Michalke Lift Station, one 25 kW natural gas generator at the FM 1094/Columbus Road Lift Station, and one 25 kW natural gas generator at the FM 3538 Lift Station. Installation at each location includes generator, automatic transfer switch, concrete slab, and related appurtenances. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each Bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Sealy, or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. Bids may be held by the City of Sealy for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the Bid Opening for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the Bidder's qualifications prior to the Contract Award. All contractors/subcontractors that are debarred, suspended, or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation on federal assistance programs may not undertake any activity in part or in full under this Project. All contractors and subcontractors must be cleared (not suspended or debarred) in SAM.gov prior to any formal action authorizing the Award of a Contract to a Contractor.
