Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

**As of September 6, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Any alterations or modifications to the work specified herein shall be made only by written agreement between the Bidder and the Park District and shall be made prior to commencement of any such alternations or modifications. No claims for any extra work or materials will be allowed unless covered by written agreement. All bidders will submit, separate from the sealed bid, resume of similar projects performed, enumerated, as to location, type of work, approximate completion date, and project engineering firms. Additionally, all bidders will submit a list of equipment owned by, or available to them, for the efficient pursuance of the project. The work for which proposals are requested will generally consist of, but shall not be limited to, the following: Removal of existing shelter canopy structure and concrete base, earth excavation; concrete sidewalk installation, asphalt pathway installation; installation of shelter canopy structure and other associated improvements. All restoration is to be completed to within 0.5" of final grade of hard scape. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, Bank Cashier's Check, or Certified Check in the amount of TEN (10)percent of the total bid amount, made payable to the Crystal Lake Park District shall accompany the bid. The Crystal Lake Park District reserves the right to acceptor reject any bid, to award all or part of a contract, and to make such awards as are in the best interests of the Park District. Construction work is anticipated to be awarded by the Park District board of directors on August 15, 2024, with substantial completion by October 25, 2024, and a final completion date of May 23, 2025.
