Question Submission Deadline:August 12, 2024, 12:00pm All signs shall be fabricated using at a minimum a "High Intensity Prismatic" reflective sheeting material that shall be in accordance with both the current editions of the Florida Department of Transportation specifications and the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) minimum retro reflectivity levels. The backing shall consist of .080 gauge 5052-H38, aluminum alloy, degreased, etched and treated with Alodine 1200. All signs and sign legends must be in conformance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) as published by the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration. The undersigned agrees to furnish the items requested by you for Santa Rosa County in your invitation to bid and certifies that the items meet or exceeds specifications called for, except as set out in "EXCEPTIONS TO BID CONDITIONS" and attached to this form. This agreement may be terminated in writing with 30 days' notice by either party.
