The Contractor shall perform Asphalt Paving and Striping Services at four (4) locations. The locations include the inside perimeter road behind Facility A, Facility B, and Facility C at approximately 400 square feet per facility and in the Visitor Parking lot located to the north/west of the Administration building near the entrance to the Institution. The Visitor Parking lot will require approximately 5,100 square feet of work. If the Contract price exceeds $25,000, the successful bidder shall furnish an original payment bond and a duplicate copy to accompany the Contract in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount payable under the Contract. The bond MUST be prepared on CDCR's STD 807 form, Payment Bond to Accompany Construction Contract, provided to the Contractor by CDCR before execution of the Contract. The State's estimate for this Agreement is $110,000.00.
