The Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) requires the removal and recycling of existing battery banks, and the installation of new battery banks at the following three locations: Folsom substation (FOL), Shasta substation (SHA) and the SPO substation (SPO) located in Folsom and Shasta Lake, CA. This solicitation is to be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 335910- Battery Manufacturing and the applicable size standard is 1,250 employees.
