The California Prison Industry Authority (CALPIA) is soliciting for an On-Call Electrician for its Central Office and Camp 12 locations located in Folsom, California. The services shall be performed at the following locations: A. Central Office, MIS & BSS Buildings 560 East Natoma Street Folsom, CA 95630 B. GVTC Buildings 995 Folsom Lake Crossing Folsom, CA 95630 Contractor agrees to provide the California Prison Industry Authority (CALPIA) with On-Call Electrical services for its Central Office (CO) and Camp 12 locations located in Folsom, California. These services will be required for the CALPIA Central Office (CO) building, Business Servies (BSS) building, Management Information System (MIS) building, and the Green Valley Training Center (GVTC) building. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, nonconsumable supplies, parking fees and bridge tolls, insurance, transportation, equipment and every other item of expense necessary to perform services. Proposed Start Date of Agreement: November 22, 2024 The CALPIA anticipates that the proposed contract term will be for a period of two (2) years with the option to extend for an additional one (1) year. Site walkthrough description: Confirmation of attendance (RSVP) must be received on or before Tuesday, October 29, 2024. At the time of RSVP, Bidders are required to provide the complete name (first, middle, and last) for each individuals attending and the name of the company they are representing in order to be admitted to the mandatory pre-bid walkthrough meeting. Individuals attending the pre-bid walkthrough meeting must bring their Driver's License or California DMV identification card to the pre-bid walkthrough in order to be admitted onto institutional grounds.
