Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will not be held. Project Scope: The Contract shall generally consist of pedestri-an and safety improvements adja-cent to the Baker Middle School. Included in the Contract are bulb-outs, new channelization, hybrid beacon, rectangular rapid flash-ing beacons, and ADA-compliant curb ramp and sidewalk upgrades. The Federal Small Business Enterprise Program (FSBE) goal for this work is 12%. Estimate: $1,200,00 Paid Sick Leave: The City of Tacoma requires all employers to provide paid sick leave in accor-dance with Washington State law.
