This bid is distributed by the City's designated plan distributor, ARC Document Solutions, Inc. This contract includes grinding and overlaying the roadway surface, along with upgrading curb ramps as needed to meet ADA compliance. The work also consists of replacing a section of the stormwater main along Railroad Street. Additionally, a new pedestrian and bicycle connection will be constructed at the southeast end of Railroad Street, linking to the curb ramps at Tacoma Mall Boulevard and the I-5 off-ramp.
