This contract includes grinding and overlaying the roadway surface, along with upgrading curb ramps as needed to meet ADA compliance. The work also consists of replacing a section of the stormwater main along Railroad Street. Additionally, a new pedestrian and bicycle connection will be constructed at the southeast end of Railroad Street, linking to the curb ramps at Tacoma Mall Boulevard and the I-5 off-ramp.
