One-time purchase of single phase pole mounted distribution transformers for Tacoma Power/Transmission & Distribution. Estimate: $500,000. Submittals must be received by the City’s Procurement and Payables Division by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time. For electronic submittals, the official time of receipt will be that recorded by the City of Tacoma's email server. Submittals must include the specification number in the email subject line, and electronic submissions must be sent as attachments (links will not be accepted). For in person submittals, the time of receipt will be recorded by the timestamp at the lobby security desk, and the specification number must be on the outside of the envelope. Late submittals will be returned unopened and rejected as non-responsive. Bidders should register on the City of Tacoma Purchasing website to receive notices of addenda, questions and answers, and related updates. Paid sick leave must be provided in accordance with Washington State law. The City commits to nondiscrimination on the basis of disability, race, color, or national origin in all contracts and activities.
