Site work for a mixed-use development in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Curtis Park Improvements - Softscape Each bid MUST be accompanied by a Bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The Successful Bidder will be required to provide Payment and Performance bonds to the City in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the final contract price. More detailed requirements for all bonds are contained in these documents. This is a one-time contract that will run adjacent to the contract awarded for BID# 2024-09, Curtis Park Hardscapes. The City would like for work for Bid# 2024-09 Hardscapes to begin immediately after Labor Day 2024 and be complete within eight (8) to twelve (12) weeks. The work for this Bid # 2024-10 should begin as soon as possible after the work for Bid# 2024-09 is complete, although some overlap between the two projects may be necessary. The City expects that the work for this Bid #2024-10 Softscapes should take about four (4) weeks to complete. The awarded Bidders for both contracts will be expected to work together and with the City's Parks and Recreation Director to coordinate a smooth construction delivery.
