Curtis Park Improvements - Hardscape This is a one-time contract that will run adjacent to the contract awarded for BID# 2024-10, Curtis Park Softscapes. The City would like for the work for this Bid # 2024-09 to begin after Labor Day 2024 and be complete within eight (8) to twelve (12) weeks. The work for Bid# 2024-10 will start immediately afterwards, although some overlap between the two projects may be necessary. The awarded Bidders for both contracts will be expected to work together and with the City's Parks and Recreation Director to coordinate a smooth construction delivery. The deadline for all questions is Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 4:00 PM CST . All questions must be issued in writing to eanderson@uptexas.org , or online Each bid MUST be accompanied by a Bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The Successful Bidder will be required to provide Payment, Performance, and Maintenance bonds to the City in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the final contract price. More detailed requirements for all bonds are contained in these documents.
