The City of Vernon is requesting proposals for assessment and design services to assess manganese concentrations in the City's groundwater sources and prepare plans, specifications, and estimates for construction of multiple manganese treatment facilities. The City will select one firm, based on professional qualifications and demonstrated competence to design, conduct, and assist in the assessment and preparation of plans, specifications and estimates for manganese treatment facilities. The City of Vernon is soliciting proposals for a three-phase project. The first phase will consist of assessment of manganese concentrations from the City's groundwater sources and treatment option recommendations. The second phase will consist of design of treatment systems and preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates. The third phase will consist of project and construction management, and the preparation of As-Built drawings.
