The purpose of this Request for Bid is to establish an agreement to provide "On Demand" services for miscellaneous repairs, replacements, monitoring and new installations for Fire and Intrusion system requirements. These services will include maintaining and upgrading existing systems and networks, installing new systems, testing, annual building certification and 24-hour monitoring services. Bernalillo County Public Works Fleet/Facilities Management Department/Authorized Bernalillo County Representative (ABCR) is to be contacted on all monitoring, new installations, repairs, routine maintenance and building certification. The intention of the County is to provide the necessary systems for the protection of employees, the public and properties in County owned facilities. The County reserves the right to make multiple awards and multiple years if it is determined to be in the best interest of the County.
