Site work and new construction of a civil project in Waitsfield, Vermont. Completed plans call for the construction of a 400-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of a new 400 square foot utility building above an existing concrete utility building and concrete storage tank. Installation of approximately 150 linear feet of buried piping, new treatment equipment, chemical storage tanks, metering pumps, process instruments, integrated process controls, and a standby electrical power generator for a public community water system that serves 63 living units in Fayston, Vermont. Performance BOND and Payment BOND each in the amount of 100% of the contract price. The EPA goal for use of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) is 8%. Current DBE Fair Share Objective/Goal of his contract has a negotiated Fair Share Objectives and Goals for DBE utilization of: 1.18% Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and 3.66% Woman Business Enterprises (WBE) Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A.
