The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of storm drainage piping, catch basins, and drainage manholes, construction/reconstruction of new media filter and stone-lined swales, and full-depth roadway reconstruction of approximately 1,000 linear feet of road (except for paving). Bid Security in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Performance BOND and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the contract price. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements. Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Blueprints, Etc, 20 Ferrell Street, South Burlington, VT 05403, (802) 865-4503. Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
