The goal of this RFP is to establish multiple master agreements with qualified contractor(s) for work that fulfills the system requirements of this RFP. A maximum of two term contracts will be awarded to the top scoring offerors. After a master agreement is entered, DNR will solicit Task Orders against these contracts. Individual task orders will provide project specifications, award monetary value or range, and award criteria. DNR intends to issue multiple task order solicitations over the term of the master agreements. DNR anticipates a five-year master agreement term. GROUP 1: Professional Urban Forestry Services for GIS based inventory of public trees GROUP 2: Professional Urban Forestry Services for Tree canopy assessments GROUP 3: Professional Urban Forestry Services for Community Forestry Management Plans CONTRACT TERM AND WORK SCHEDULE The length of the contract will be from the date of award, approximately August 30, 2024, for approximately FIVE years until completion, approximately August 29, 2029 BID BOND - PERFORMANCE BOND - SURETY DEPOSIT Not applicable for this RFP The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry & Fire Protection has a need for Professional Urban Forestry Services over the next five years. Resulting contracts shall not exceed $500,000.00 dollars. Project Managers must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional developing community or urban forestry management plans.
