Renovation of a mixed-use development in Matheson, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and fire / police facility.
The Township of Black River-Matheson is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to supply, deliver and install two (2) new natural gas-powered generators. Project Locations: a) Shillington Community Hall, 4175 Hwy 101 W. Matheson, ON P0K 1N0 b) Ramore Pioneer Hall and Fire Hall, 1138 Hwy 572 Ramore, ON, P0K 1R0 Project Deliverables: a) The vendor shall provide comprehensive project deliverables including, but not limited to, procurement of the appropriately scaled natural gas generators, transportation to the site, installation, integration with existing systems, testing, commissioning, training of staff on operation and maintenance, as well as all necessary documentation and certifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. b) Delivery, installation and connection to the natural gas grid.
