The scope includes replacement of electrical components to correct installations with interrupting capacity less than the calculated requirement. Each bid exceeding $100,000 must be accompanied by a Bid Bond on a form furnished by the Administration in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid Price. A performance and payment bond is required for all construction contracts in excess of $100,000. The performance bond shall be in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
