DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The project consists of removal of an existing 30 inch diameter culvert and installing a new 48 inch concrete culvert along with temporary and permanent soil erosion and sedimentation control measures, clearing, earthmoving, and restoration and other items as noted on the approved plans and other work indicated in the Contract Documents.
