Water Ditch Trail Phase IIIB This Contract provides for the improvement of a new concrete Shared Use Path along the north side of South Tacoma Way, from Sprague Avenue to the Pine Street intersection. The work includes curb ramps, cross walk improvements, new concrete curb and gutter, a regrade and pavement replacement of South Tacoma Way, new illumination, signals and pedestrian push buttons, sidewalk, and other work. *Project information has been obtained through a public state transportation improvement plan (STIP). A STIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the STIP often evolves based on funding availability.
