Contract term: 12 months approximately The Work of this Contract, as defined in greater detail by other provisions of the Contract Documents, consists of a new recreation building, new exterior restroom building, new picnic pavilion, and site work improvements including a new playground, veterans memorial plaza, pathways, site utilities, and stormwater management. Construction Contract: In accordance with Section 135 of the New York State Finance Law, commonly known as the 'Wicks Law', Lump Sum Bids shall be received for the following Multiple-Prime Contracts: 1.
