Elevator Preventative Maintenance and Repair - SAVAHCS The contractor shall furnish all material, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide elevator and dumb waiter preventative maintenance, inspections, and twenty-four (24) hour seven (7) days per week emergency service. During the elevator and dumb waiter inspections, the Contractor shall clean, adjust, and lubricate the equipment, determine the nature and extent of any work required to restore the elevators and dumb waiter to satisfactory service as determined by the SAVAHCS, and if conditions warrant, furnish and install parts listed in paragraph 7.0 below. The contractor's employees shall be manufacture trained and qualified technicians with not less than three (3) years' experience working on elevators and safety devices. All questions must be submitted in writing and emailed to. Questions must be received no later than, 02:00pm PST Time 3 calendar days prior to the closing of the solicitation. The Government reserves the right to not answer questions not meeting this timeline. All responses to questions will be incorporated into a written amendment.
