City of West Sacramento is seeking demolition of an existing modular structure at the fire training facility located at the port. Scope of Services The City of West Sacramento, CA is seeking bids for the total demolition of one vacant property located at the Port of West Sacramento. This project aims to safely and efficiently demolish the existing structure to make way for installation of a replacement modular training facility. The property's location is 2095 Industrial Blvd B, West Sacramento, CA. All work must be completed within ninety (90) calendar days from receipt of a purchase order from the City. Before commencing demolition, the contractor must obtain a building permit from the Building Division on the 2nd floor of West Sacramento City Hall, 1110 West Capitol Ave, West Sacramento, CA. The contractor must utilize wet demolition techniques during all demolition work at the site. The contractor must ensure no visible emissions (visible dust) are created during demolition. All debris loads leaving the premises must be covered with a tarpaulin or sprayed with water to minimize dust loss during transportation. Work hours will be Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. It will be the successful respondent's responsibility to shut work down during any service of internment until the time of the service is complete. Submission of a proposal is an offer to complete the Scope of Work. The offer, including the Cost Proposal rates and budget, must remain valid for at least ninety (90) business days after the Proposal due date.
