MANK-25-Crawford C Hall HVAC & Laundry Upgrades The project consists of the installing through wall sleeves for new AC Units in all McElroy G Hall student rooms (AC Units provided by Owner). Project also includes furnishing and installing new floor mounted radiators and mechanical work necessary for new radiators, including all new hydronic piping and controls. There will be miscellaneous selective demolition associated with the hydronic piping replacement along with construction of new vertical piping chases. The affected walls and ceiling inside of all student rooms will also be painted as part of the project. Project also includes adding a new laundry room to each floor. Work shall include all materials and labor for the project. Room Lobby of Crawford C Hall, Minnesota State University, Mankato Campus.
