Demolition and site work for a civil project in New Boston, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work generally consists of the rehabilitation of Sludge Drying Bed No. 6 at the Ron Collins Water Reclamation Facility, including demolition of the existing drying bed, earth work, concrete construction, piping system and filter materials, including all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals to complete the work as required by the plans and specifications and as necessary to complete the work. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to Riverbend Water Resources District or negotiables. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. Riverbend Water Resources District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
