The intent of this Invitation to Bid is to establish annual purchase agreement(s) for the of traffic signal equipment and supplies needed for the City Streets Department. Question Deadline 08/08/2024 at 12:00 PM CT Location : online portal. The initial term of the contract shall commence on October 1, 2024 and continue through September 30, 2025. Prices shall remain firm for the duration of the initial contract period. The City reserves the right to extend the contract for 4 additional oneyear periods, if mutually agreed to in writing by the City and the awarded vendor(s).
