Description

Site work for a civil project in Southbridge, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Project Scope The work consists of providing complete operation, maintenance, and management services of the Southbridge Municipal Wastewater System. The system consists of a 3.77 MGD wastewater treatment facility, 48 miles of collection system piping, and 11 pump stations 5% Bid deposit of first year annual fee The contract period is 5 years and may be extended for an additional 5-year period, up to three times, for a total of 20 years Performance and Payment Bonds on an annual basis. Contract Operation Begin: 12/1/2024 Questions regarding the RFP, including those raised during the WWTP tour, must be submitted in writing through the dedicated website, no later than Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at 5 p.m.
