The Maryland Department of General Services (DGS or the "Department") is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to obtain professional services to provide services for individual work orders within an indefinite quantity contract (IQC) for architectural, engineering and related work for healthcare and behavioral health facilities throughout the State of Maryland. Following the award of the Master IQC, requests for individual projects will be issued by M-DGS. Projects may include studies, long (20-year) and short-range (3 to 5-year) planning, and Comprehensive architecture and engineering for limited alterations or capital projects. Services required for individual IQC work will be described in the individual Work Order Request for Proposal. Tasks may include general architecture, engineering and planning or healthcare data and facilities-specific tasks. Project Cost Class H - Over $15,000,000 MBE Subcontracting Goal: 30% VSBE Subcontracting Goal: 0% Contract Type: Indefinite Quantity Contract with Firm Fixed Prices Contract Duration: 5 years Project Location: Statewide at Various Facilities and Construction Sites Questions Due Date and Time July 31, 2024 by 4:00 PM Local Time The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
