The project estimate is $40k. The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to solicit bid proposals for the supply and installation of 18" HDPE Pipe and 24" Nyloplast Drain Basins on the campus of the Mohawk Area School District 385 Mohawk School Road New Castle, PA 16102 It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure its bid reaches the District on time. Bidders may not submit more than one proposal. The Mohawk Area School District may reject any or all proposals or waive any informalities in accordance with applicable law. Bidders are required to comply with all state and federal guidelines. The District reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel this RFB without obligation and for any reason, in part or in its entirety. All Work must be completed no later than August 23, 2024. MASD understands that this is an extremely tight timeline. Our hope is to have it completed before the start of football season. IF you are unable to complete the project by the deadline, You Must Mark Your Estimated Timeline in Your Bid Package. The Mohawk Area School District will award a contract as a result of this Request For Bid to the responsible bidder(s) whose bid, conforming to the invitation to bid is most advantageous to the District, price, and all other factors considered.
