Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Stephens, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Stephens has applied for funding from the Delta Regional Authority for the Water Treatment Plant Improvement Project. These funds are awarded under the Community Infrastructure Fund (CIF). The City of Stephens is interested in acquiring the services of an engineering firm or individual to provide services for the above referenced project. Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with DRA procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual toper form work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
