Renovation of a museum in Blytheville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Bids for the repairs to the Delta Gateway Museum located at 210 W. Main Street. Requirements are as follows: Front Elevation of Museum 1. Power wash front elevation to remove stains and prepare for coating. 2. Cut out and tuckpoint cracked, loose, or missing mortar joints. 3. Repair Terra Cotta Stone at lower 1/2 of front wall. 4. Apply Elastomeric Masonry Coating to upper 1/2 of wall.(brick/stone) East Elevation (excluding lower portion with new cinderblock) 1. Power wash to remove stains and prepare for masonry repairs.2. Cut out and tuckpoint cracked, loose, or missing mortar joints. 3. Repair and seal capstones. 4. Apply clear siloxane water repellant per manufacturer's recommendations. West Elevation (above adjacent roof) 1. Power wash to remove stains and prepare for masonry repairs.2. Cut out and tuckpoint cracked, loose, or missing mortar joints. 3. Repair and seal capstones. 4. Apply clear siloxane water repellant per manufacturer's recommendations. Rear Elevation (alley wall, including brick walls above roof) 1. Power wash to remove stains and prepare for masonry repairs.2. Cut out and tuckpoint cracked, loose, or missing mortar joints. 3. Repair and seal capstones. 4. Apply clear siloxane water repellant per manufacturer's recommendations.
